Village Taxes Due by July 8, 2024 at end of business - 4:30 p.m. without penalty and may be paid online (starting the afternoon of June 3rd), by mail (postmarked July 8, 2024), or in person.

Taxes that are unpaid after July 8th are subject to a 5% interest charge after the first month and 1% thereafter as prescribed by the New York State Real Property Tax Law.

After July 8, 2024 - you must include the penalty portion with your payment. There are no exceptions to this law.
