PUBLIC MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point will convene to hold a Public Meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 5:30 PM, in the evening at Village Hall, located at 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York on the following application:

Application of 24 Hicks Lane LLC and Cluain LLC, to replace a letter of credit provided by 24 Hicks Lane LLC to the Incorporated Village of Sands Point, with a letter of credit to be provided by Cluain LLC, in connection with a five lot subdivision of 24 Hicks Lane, Sands Point, New York, formerly known as Section 4, Block C, Lots 29 and 511 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and now known as Section 4, Block C, Lots 647, 648, 649, and 650 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, as granted by Resolution of the Planning Board, filed in the Office of the Village Clerk on February 8, 2019.
