AutoPay Instructions for Residents

1) Go to www. sandspoint.gov and click on the the red "Make Tax and Utility Payments" button.


2) If you have already registered your account, click the “Registered Users: Click Here to Log In” link at the top-left of the page. Otherwise, click the “New Users: Click Here to Register” link at the top-right of the page to register.


3) Opt into Auto Pay once you are logged into your registered account.


4) You will receive an email approximately two weeks prior to any payment being processed. Email contains a REFERENCE #.

  • If you want to cancel autopay for a single time, they will need to provide the REFERENCE # from that email in the payment portal.

  • To cancel autopay entirely, you will have to opt out in account enrollment.
