With respect to snowplowing, we are very pleased to report that our roads remained passable at almost all times.  In fact, I was out in one of the snowplows at 7 am, and the roads were in very drivable condition, even for regular cars. Residents,  Good morning—some good news on a beautiful, snowy Sunday in Sands Point! As shared with you, the cell monopole on the Village Club campus, which hosted Verizon and T-Mobile, physically snapped in half and collapsed, unexpectedly, on Friday night, taking down those cell services in the area.  I am glad to report that by 6 pm last night, less than 24 hours after failing, we were able to arrange for a restoration of service (Verizon only) with the deployment of a mob
