BZA Work Session - Tues, March 25, 2025

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point will convene to hold a Work Session on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the evening at Village Hall, located at 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York on the following matter(s):

1.   Application of Daniel and Stephanie Rich to reaffirm the Planning Board’s final subdivision approval, granted by Resolution dated March 14, 2001, which approved the subdivision of one (1) lot into three (3) residential lots on property owned by them and located at 3 Barkers Point Road, Sands Point, New York 11050, also known as Section 4, Block 94, Lots 113, 114, and 212 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

2.   Such other business as may properly come before the Board.
