PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point will convene to hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the evening at Village Hall, located at 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York on the following applications:

1.     Application of 101 Cedar Knoll Drive LLC & 181 Cedar Knoll Drive LLC for Subdivision Review to subdivide and partition a portion of the parcel of property located and commonly known as 101 Cedar Knoll Drive, also known as Section 4, Block A, Lots 421 & 48 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, said subdivided portion being Tax Lot 48, and annex the proposed subdivided lot, also known as Tax Lot 48, with property located and commonly known as 181 Cedar Knoll Drive, Sands Point, New York 11050, also known as Section 4, Block A, Lots 47 & 420 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, as shown on the Site Plans prepared by NorthCoast Civil, on file at the Office of the Village Clerk.  Applicants also propose to relocate an 18-foot right-of-way easement providing ingress and egress between the private road of Cedar Knoll Drive to the properties located and commonly known as 101 Cedar Knoll Drive and 181 Cedar Knoll Drive, as shown on the Site Plans on file at the Office of the Village Clerk.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the applications, plans, maps, and specifications are on file at the Office of the Village Clerk, 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York.  At said time and place of Public Hearing all interested persons who wish to be heard will be heard.
