Residents, please be advised that an updated tentative property assessment file has been uploaded to the Village website at https://www.sandspoint.gov/post/2024-25-tentative-assessment-roll

The Board of Trustees has extended the grievance filing period through Wed, Mar 18, 2024.

If you have already grieved and settled your taxes, the results will be further reflected on the final Village Assessment Roll, even if not reflected here.
