INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF SANDS POINT

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point will convene to hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 5:30 PM, in the evening at Village Hall, located at 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York on the following application:

 

Application of Cluain LLC, to abandon four subdivided lots of the original five lot subdivision of 24 Hicks Lane, Sands Point, New York, formerly known as Section 4, Block C, Lots 29 and 511 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and now known as Section 4, Block C, Lots 647, 648, 649, and 650 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, as granted by Resolution of the Planning Board, filed in the Office of the Village Clerk on February 8, 2019.
