PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Sands Point will convene to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 5:30 PM at Village Hall, located at 26 Tibbits Lane on the following matter:

The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) of Evergreen Sands Point, LLC for the proposed subdivision of a parcel of land from one lot into three residential lots for the premises located at 20 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point, New York, in a Residence B District, and known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 4, Block 94, Lot 822, for potential impacts pursuant to Article 7 of the Environmental Conservation Law and the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).   

The DEIS, applications, plans, and specifications are on file at the Office of the Village Clerk, 26 Tibbits Lane, Sands Point.  The DEIS can also be viewed online at https://www.sandspoint.gov/post/evergreen-sands-point-acceptance-notice-deis.
