2026 Village Taxes & Final Tax Roll

  • Village Taxes Due Without Penalty by July 1, 2026

  • Taxes paid by July 1, 2026 or with a timely official United States postmark should be without additional charge.  All taxes for which payment has not been received by the Village and remain unpaid after July 1, 2026, shall have an added (5%) interest for the month of July, and for each month and a fraction thereafter, an additional interest payment, which shall be computed at the maximum percentage rate permitted, pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law, until said taxes and accrued interest are paid in full.   

       

  • Tax bills were mailed on 5/27/26 – please check your mailbox or our website for the amount due.


  • The online tax payment portal at www.sandspoint.gov – will be available on June 1, 2026 to accept payments by electronic check or by credit card.


    Tax payments may also be paid in person at Village Hall, dropped in the mail slot to the left of the Village Office door.
