Harbor Acres Milling

Dear Residents of Cornwells Beach Rd, The Village will be making one more attempt to improve drainage issues on Cornwells Beach Rd. We will install an additional 4 to 5 dry wells and catch basins (dry wells are 10’ diameter by 12’ deep each) at both the middle and each hilltop section of CBR. 2024 Village Tax Bills Mailed
Village Taxes Due by July 8, 2024 at end of business - 4:30 p.m. without penalty and may be paid online (starting the afternoon of June 3rd), by mail (postmarked July 8, 2024), or in person. Taxes that are unpaid after July 8th are subject to a 5% interest charge after the first month and 1% thereafter as prescribed by the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
