Dear Harbor Acres Residents, Milling (removal of current top layer) on Harbor Acres Rd will begin this coming Monday morning. Please leave yourself some extra time for any minor delays.  During the milling operation, try to limit your travels on Harbor Acres Rd and, where possible, circumvent with other side streets. Village Taxes Due by July 8, 2024 at end of business - 4:30 p.m. without penalty and may be paid online (starting the afternoon of June 3rd), by mail (postmarked July 8, 2024), or in person. Taxes that are unpaid after July 8th are subject to a 5% interest charge after the first month and 1% thereafter as prescribed by the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
